- Dimmable - Control the brightness of your 4 inch LED recessed lights with it's smooth dimming feature that can be reduced from 100% to 10% lighting output. Dim down to your preferred setting without flickering, so you can enjoy a pleasant atmosphere. With a damp location and airtight IC insulation contact safe rating, these lights are ideal for new and old construction, remodel, soffit, eaves, shower, drop ceilings, and any indoor and outdoor location.
