• Friendly Reminder 1: If the light stops working, please check whether the USB plug is fully inserted into the power outlet or USB port, or replace the power adapter.
• Friendly Reminder 2: The silver wire string lights are very delicate. Please handle them gently when unfolding, and avoid any sharp pulling or bending to prevent wire damage and malfunctions.
• Friendly Reminder 3: If your lights seem unresponsive, a common fix is to check the app. It's possible the "Timer Off" feature is on, or the brightness slider was accidentally set to minimum.
• Note: Alexa/Google Home is not supported.
